‘Fearsome firepower’ North Korea women’s soccer explodes for 10 goals against Singapore in second group game…advances to quarterfinals

The North Korean women’s soccer team showed off its firepower.

The North Korean women’s national soccer team scored a goal-fest against Singapore in their second Group C match of the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games at the Yunzhou Sports Center Stadium in Yunzhou, China, at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, winning 10-0. It was another ‘goal-fest’ after the 7-0 win in the first leg.

With two wins in the group stage, North Korea has six points to clinch first place in the group and advance to the quarterfinals.

Group C is down to just two teams, North Korea and Singapore, after Cambodia withdrew from the competition. North Korea came out firing on all cylinders in the first and second games, posting 7-0 and 10-0 scores, respectively, with a goal difference of 17.

North Korea opened the scoring in the first three minutes. An early goal by Kim Kyong Yong gave North Korea an early lead before Ahn Myeong Song added a goal in the 15th minute and Kim Kyong Yong found the back of the net again in the 17th minute.토토사이트

North Korea scored seven goals in the first half, including a penalty kick goal by Kim Kyong Yong in the 19th minute. Kim Kyong Yong scored four goals in the first half alone.

With a 7-0 halftime lead, North Korea continued to score in the second half. In the 15th minute of the second half, Ahn Myong Song found the back of the net again to make it 8-0.

The North Koreans continued their goal scoring until the substitutions. In the 26th minute, Bong Song Ae scored another goal to make it 9-0.

North Korea added another goal in the second half of regulation time to seal the 10-0 victory and advance to the quarterfinals.
