‘Mitoma starts, Endo benched’ Liverpool reveal starting line-up for EPL 8R clash with Brighton

Mitoma starts while Endo waits on the bench.

Liverpool will host Brighton in the eighth round of the 2023-24 English Premier League (EPL) on Aug. 8 at 10 p.m. ET at the American Express Community Stadium in Brighton, England.

Liverpool will start with Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, McAllister, Sobosler, Elliott, Diaz, Salah, and Nunez.

Liverpool is coming off a 2-0 win over Gwynion Saint-Gilles in the UEFA Europa League (UEL) in midweek. The midweek win helped the Reds turn the tide after a disappointing loss to Tottenham last weekend that saw two men sent off and an own goal from Matip in second-half stoppage time.

Despite suffering their first loss of the season to Tottenham, the Reds have been playing well of late. They’re on a seven-game winning streak, and they’re playing hot attacking soccer with a focus on turning games around even when they’re losing. They currently sit in fourth place in the league with five wins, one draw, and one loss.

Brighton will start with Verbrugge, Igor Julio, Dunk, March, Juan Pedro, Grog, Valleva, Mitoma, Adingra, Ferguson, and Veltman.아톰카지노

Brighton have been in a bad mood lately. The Seagulls earned their first point in European competition in club history with a 2-2 draw at UEL Marseille in midweek. However, it was a poor performance as they conceded two goals first. Brighton have not won in their last three games, including a 1-6 defeat at Aston Villa last weekend.

The Seagulls have been stronger against Liverpool in recent meetings. The Seagulls won two and drew one of the three meetings last season, including in cup competitions, and have held the advantage in the last five games with two wins, two draws and one defeat.

It will also be interesting to see if the match will feature any Japanese players. Brighton ace Mitoma will start, while Endo is named on the bench.
